As the shy boy I was, cinema taught me that I should not feel alone and that we are all together, part of the same thing, always in continuous evolution. In time I felt a close and personal bond with the filmmakers I admired. I learnt that if I could turn the things which made me so happy and on which I spent so much time into a profession, I would never regard it as a job but my passion. Thus I decided to listen to the inner me and respond to my necessity. I became a professional actor to be part of the industry I so highly admired and give back to the society everything that was so important in my childhood.

When we consume fiction, we are not only entertained but we also learn a lot about us as human beings. As an actor I want to bring in my own humanity. I have always been told that I inspire tenderness, I give off peace, that I am a mystic, a Peter Pan, a good person, that I have active listening, understanding and generosity. I sincerely believe that I have become a fine workmate, one who is professional, responsible, determined and loyal to the principles I try to implement at work: respect, honesty and justice.

Just as every performer does, I provide my own peculiarity and experience. On the one hand, my physique, so determined by my thinness which matches my essential characteristics as an actor: sensibility and innocence. But on the other hand, I am also offered dark characters, devoid of empathy and Machiavellian, who place their goals over everything else. I have a great ability to learn languages, especially English and German. I also played parts with Basque and Catalonian accents in Spanish. I always enjoy characters that require such a dramatic and profound physical transformation that I’m barely recognizable you myself.

In different productions I combined my main interests as a producer and director, thus improving and providing the characters I played with my knowledge in music and drawing. I enjoy gardening as well due to the peace I find helping beauty to grow. I keep creating quality projects which I believe in and I could feel proud of, playing roles which set a challenge and always aspiring to work with the best team and establishing a fair wage.

Now I feel ready to expand my horizons. I am optimistic that new job opportunities are springing up from the different VOD platforms. Not to mention the fact that every day there are more and more good roles written for and by Hispanics that showcase the fullness of our varied experiences and cultures. Therefore I don´t discard the possibility of working some day with people I have always admired such as Alejandro Amenábar, Emma Thompson, Tom Hanks or Sigourney Weaver… Why not?
